Soprema

City: Sherbrooke
Year: 2018
Coût des travaux : 250 000 $

In 2018, Soprema inaugurated its new plant in Sherbrooke, a $ 40 million project that created around 40 jobs. The 178,000 sq. Ft. Plant has taken the ecological turn advocated by the City of Sherbrooke by offering, among other things, a bicycle garage for employees wishing to use the bike path that leads directly to the company, by installing numerous terminals for electric cars, or even by developing the exterior responsibly by integrating the existing wooded area.ALAIN CARRIER was mandated to design and carry out the landscaping work, including the revegetation of the parking lot in order to reduce the islets of heat, development of the facade with the planting of large beds of perennials and grasses, the planting of rows of shrubs and trees, sodding and hydraulic seeding throughout the project. We are proud to have been partners in the success of the project.
